Overview
Kessvik makes four jackets. They are expensive, they are repairable, and the people who buy them want to know exactly what they are made of before they spend the money.
Specification as art direction
So the store leads with specification. Fabric weight, seam count, hydrostatic head and repair policy sit at the same typographic level as the photography — set in monospace, treated as content rather than a spec table hidden behind a tab.
Photography was re-shot entirely: garments flat, unstyled, lit hard from one side. No models on the product pages. The lookbook is a separate, slower experience, and the two never compete.
